How We Work

A Stepped, Client Focussed Process

Quill is happy to offer a free consultation to meet with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

We then provide a quote which is valid for 30 days. If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed, we make a time to meet with you for a detailed information gathering session.

Step 1. Information gathering begins with a client meeting to review existing marketing material and work through a questionnaire designed to collect information about your business, your industry and your audience.

Step 2. Review draft text. Once research is completed, we create draft text, review this with the client and fine tune the text based on client feedback. Two revisions of text are automatically included in every quote.

Step 3. Review amended text. Suggestions and feedback are incorporated into the text and the client is provided with an updated draft. The updated draft is discussed and additional minor suggestions or changes incorporated if necessary.

Step 4. Agree on final text. This involves ensuring everyone, whether it is a number of stakeholders in a large organisation or a single client is happy with the final text.
