The Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon Kevin Rudd MP launched Carers Week at Parliament House on Monday, October 20th, 2008. Ponto Combo co-ordinated the media for theCarer's Week and theme is…because I care. The TV advertisements aired during Carer's Week were scripted by Matilda Bowra, directed by Nick Hayward and produced by Ponto Combo. They featured five wonderful carers sharing their thoughts about how caring has changed their lives.
